What's Included in your Rental
Electrical Cable & Surge Protector
One 30 amp power cable and one 30 amp surge protector.
Black Water Flush Hose
A black water flush hose for cleaning out the black water tank.
Fresh water Hose & Pressure Regulator
One 25ft freshwater hose for city connections or the onboard water tank. One pressure regulator. One fresh water tank adapter.
Chocks & Leveling Pads
One set of Chalks included. Several interlocking leveling pads are equiped.
Flexible Sewer Hose and Accesories
One sewer hose with adapters for sewer connection. One hose rail system (allows a downslope to the sewer for onsite connections).
Outdoor Patio Rug
One large outdoor patio rug.
Whats not Included
Mileage Beyond 150 Miles Per Day

If the daily limit of 150 miles is surpassed, an additional fee of $0.35 per mile will apply.
Generator Use Beyond 4 Hours Per Day

If the daily limit of 4 hours is surpassed, a charge of $2.00 per hour be incurred.

Early Check in & Late Returns

Standard pick up time is 4pm or after. Return time is by 12pm.

If you wish to pick up early or drop off late, it will be $15/hour. Ready to hit the road early? Choose the 'Early Bird' option to pick up 8am on your first day for $100. Early pick up and/or late drop off is subject to calendar availability. Please inquire before booking if there is flexibility in the RV rental schedule.
Gas and propane refilling & emptying of waste tanks

You are responsible for emptying the waste and gray water tanks, filling the propane and topping off the gas tank.

In a hurry or don't want to get your hands dirty? We get it. We offer an optional 'No Hassle Return' for $125 (+the cost of fuel) to have us do all of those items, OR select the 'Dumping Tanks' only option for $75 if you'd like us to just do the dumping portion.
Returned and not cleaned

Any cleaning involved beyond a quick wipe down of surfaces on our part upon return will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
